TERM 1 2019 - WEEKLY CLASSES ARE CURRENTLY ON HOLD

Dance With Me Baby classes are held during standard term times. No registration is necessary - just come along and try us out! Your first class is free.

It is recommended that babies are a minimum of six weeks old and mothers need to have been cleared by their LMC or GP to commence exercise (usually a minimum of six weeks, and twelve weeks for births via caesarean section).
